Refund Policy

After receiving your order you have 15 days to return any damaged, unwanted or faulty products.

Important: Before you return any goods you must contact us via email info@theworkfhc.com as goods returned without prior notification may not be refunded. 

All unwanted goods must be returned at the purchaser’s expense and in its original condition, in original packaging, undamaged and unused. Returned items should be adequately packaged and returned at the purchaser’s risk.

The Work From Home Club will not accept responsibility for returned products until we have signed for the goods and ensured in their original condition. We therefore recommend goods are returned by recorded delivery and fully insured.
If a returned item is not in new condition or opened, the full purchase price will not be refunded or credited.

Provided the goods are returned in perfect condition, we will arrange a refund by the same method as the original payment, within 30 days of the return.

You "as a consumer" are protected under UK Law, upon making a purchase you are entering into a contract with The working from home club.

In instances where a product purchased is out of stock and cannot be supplied within a reasonable period of time, we will contact you and give you the option to (a) wait or (b) receive an alternative product or (c) cancel the item from your order and receive a refund in relation to the out of stock item.

For Cancellations: Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Orders are sent into production right away, and though they may not be packaged and shipped still for a few more days, it is impossible for us to stop production on an item that has gone into print so please contact us ASAP for cancellations. Otherwise, items might be shipped, and if a return is still necessary the item can be returned, but the buyer may be responsible for return shipping.

WRONG ORDER: If we have sent you the wrong order please contact us. We will resend you the right merchandise ASAP. We do require a picture of the merchandise received before shipping out the new package and feel free to keep the items in the package already sent as an apology.

DAMAGED ITEMS: We will replace any damaged items or items that have defects, given that pictures are sent to us, within 48 hrs of delivery, of the item and of the package it arrived in. Send all pictures with a short explanation
